They provide a fully integrated service that encompasses MEP, building performance, specialist lighting, and building information modelling. As an integrated building services company, they create and restore sustainable, efficient, and highly functioning buildings, helping their clients to push the boundaries of what is possible, whilst working and learning together, to provide the best solution for their projects.

TGA have grown organically for many years but the current Directors wanted to create a clearer and more focused plan for the future to engage their growing team of experts.

The impact

For the first time TGA can clearly articulate their vision, values and brand, both internally and externally. They have returned to growth after some challenging years and are now looking ahead to deliver a 20% turnover growth in 23/24.

360 Growth Partners have worked with the Directors and senior leadership team by providing the growth ‘tools’ and expertise to complement the considerable engineering knowledge and services that TGA possess. By working in a genuine partnership TGA are now in an ideal position to progress and realise their growth plans.
